When Smart Shooter encounters a problem, it will write diagnostic information to its log file. Whilst Smart Shooter is running, you can view the log by clicking View and then Log in the menu bar. The log is also written to the local hard disk.
On Windows 7 this will be somewhere like:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Smart Shooter\smartshooter_log.txt
On Windows XP this will be somewhere like:
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Smart Shooter\smartshooter_log.txt
On Mac this will be somewhere like:
/Users/username/Library/Application Support/Smart Shooter/smartshooter_log.txt
